The room was laid out well and made good use of the space, and the breakfast had a good range of choices. I found the bed comfortable and everyone was very welcoming. The only issue was the roof slope over the toilet, which left the headroom a bit tight. Next time I hope to stay in a first floor room. I'd like to come back.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the cozy room made for a wonderful weekend. The sea is only a few minutes away on foot, with the train station and historic railway also nearby. The owners were lovely and made me feel like family throughout my stay, and were happy to share information about local attractions. Breakfasts were delicious too. If I return to Sheringham, this will be the first place I look for accommodation.

Breakfast each morning came loaded with local meats. Our room was spotless and just as advertised, with a small private en suite off the bedroom. The windows open onto the street for good airflow, and when shut they keep the outside noise completely out. Holway House is a great place to stay in Sheringham, run by a couple of wonderful people who take good care of their guests.

The hosts at Holwsy House were friendly and welcoming, and it's really handy for the train station, with the steam railway nearby too. The place was clean and had mostly new fixtures and fittings. Breakfast was superb. I couldn't fault it.

Holway House is close to the Viking festival and the beach where the boat burning happens later. I stayed Fri 4-7Apr2025 for the amazing festival weekend, and everything about the visit was exceptional. My single room looked brand new, with the whole place newly refurbished to a very high standard. Lucy and John were brilliant, looking after us and sharing useful information for our walks and sightseeing each day. Breakfasts were wonderful. I chose the huge fresh fruit salad, which is rare to see in a B&B. Highly recommended, and I'd definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. Sandy
