The countryside views from the large, comfortable room were lovely, and it was quiet there. It’s also a handy base for the Iron Bridge gorge, with all the museums no more than a 10-minute drive away. There’s a country pub serving a range of meals just a two-minute walk away. We’d recommend it.

We had a peaceful two-night break in a beautiful house, with lovely gardens and a nice room. The hosts were friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. Tea and coffee in the room were a welcome extra, and I liked the shower gel so much I’m going to get some for home. We’d happily return when we’re next in the area.

Breakfast was a lovely chance to chat with Chris and Allison and the other guests, and we got some useful suggestions for places to visit and eat nearby. I’d booked Church Farm at the last minute while planning some local visits, hoping for somewhere quiet and homely to unwind. It was just right. The hosts have made a beautiful home and were very welcoming. Waking to birdsong and countryside views was a treat, as were the fresh milk in the fridge for my tea and the garden seating for guests. I’d definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.

The hosts were thoughtful and quick to answer our questions, and breakfast was a great start to the day. We were in a peaceful spot in the Shropshire countryside, with a cracking local pub right beside it. A lovely place to stay.

The hosts made us feel at home, and the quiet setting was just what we wanted for a little getaway. Our room was gorgeous and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. There’s plenty to see and do a short drive away, too. We’d definitely recommend it.
