After a long flight and a London layover, I checked into my room and found the zip on my suitcase trolley had broken. I asked the hotel staff if they could sort it out, and Ankush from maintenance helped with great skill and patience. I booked room 315 and met Gagan from housekeeping. She was really helpful and brought room service. The staff here are so cooperative, and everything in my room was good. I was very happy with my stay, and they helped make my holiday the best. Thank you 😊😊

The food was terrible, and asking for a shuttle or other transport didn’t help. They just point you to a lobby screen run by We Know Group, which I found to be a scam. It was one of my worst experiences. They should know that many of their guests are travelling to Heathrow.

Why is Holiday Inn taking bookings for a hotel that’s going to close? Check your reservations, everyone. The closure completely messed up our travel plans, and the worst part was getting no apology. You know what you can do with your IHG points 🖕
