Breakfast at the buffet restaurant was a real treat, with cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cooked options, pancakes and juices. There was so much to choose from that you certainly won’t leave hungry, and we enjoyed eating there in the evening as well. The rooms are a good size and had everything we needed. There’s parking and somewhere to leave bikes, plus the aquadrome pool is just across the road. The hotel seems to know what guests need. I’d gladly stay again.

We’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back next year. It’s an easy walk through the park to the town centre and bus station. The pool was a great bonus, with lane swimming, a large outdoor jacuzzi and sun loungers where we could sit in the sun. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from the restaurant and bar to entertainment and the rooms. Our room was clean and looked after daily, and everything we needed was taken care of.

The team were kind and especially helpful when one of our children became ill, which made a hard moment much easier for us. They were also knowledgeable and happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. Room service was quick and friendly, and our room was kept to a high standard each day. We spent a lot of time exploring Jersey, but there was plenty to do at the hotel too. The children loved the clean, safe pool area, and the evening entertainment was well organised with something for everyone. There was a wide choice of food and restaurants, and breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and had something different to try each morning. We always found something we all liked. It’s a very family-friendly hotel, and we had a brilliant stay. We’d definitely return and are grateful to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.

This was our second year here, and we had another amazing holiday. Gray in the Italian restaurant was a star with our kids. They loved all the activities on offer, the entertainment, and the pools, and their surfing lesson was great fun. The instructors were really helpful. Breakfast sausages weren’t as good as last year, though, and having an air-conditioned room as an option would be nice. We managed fine with a fan.
