We stayed at The Duck House for a friend's 40th and had a fab time. It's modern, immaculate, and has four double bedrooms for up to eight people. The hot tub was a lovely extra, and we happened to get sunny weather too. Cooking facilities and plastic cups for the tub were handy touches. We'll definitely be back.

We only had 10 weeks to plan our wedding at The Farmhouse at South Causey Inn, and Steph and Stacey were amazing at pulling everything together. They were calm, organised and knew exactly what they were doing. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt in great hands. On the day, everything went perfectly. Adam, our coordinator, and the whole team were fantastic. Our guests kept talking about how beautiful it all looked and how lovely the staff were. The venue, accommodation and food were all 10/10, and our friends are still talking about the food. We couldn't have picked a better place. If you're planning a wedding or event, you should go here. Thanks for such an incredible experience!

The Old Barn is at the top of a flight of stairs. There's an 'accessible path', but its gradient made it impossible for a normal person to push a wheelchair up and very dangerous to try going down. I managed with my crutch and help from others, but it wasn't easy. Inside, most of the seating was on tall bar stools I couldn't climb onto. There were a few sofas, but they were away from everyone else and I couldn't get up from them without help. With no other options, I can't stand for long and felt separated from our party. We had a lovely day out for a family event. The venue was spacious and well appointed, the accommodation was very good, and the service was excellent. Staff were professional, efficient and capable, while still open, friendly and approachable. This is a great venue and they do their work really well, but it's not accessible for me.

This was our third visit for my partner's birthday. We love the hot tub suites, and had a lovely dinner and breakfast. I enjoy making cocktails at home, and the bramble and espresso Martini were amazing. The Midori Splice was fantastic too, and I'll definitely try making that one at home. The bartender deserves kudos. All the staff are a real asset to the company and deserve loads of praise. Many thanks from James and Catherine!
