Kumar looked after us really well at dinner, which came with our package. He even sorted out our 10-year-old’s Nintendo and became their 'Tech' specialist, which made them very happy. The welcome was lovely, check-in was smooth, and the room and corridors were very clean. Our room was spacious, felt safe, and had a decent-sized TV. The parking size was the only small issue. We had a pleasant stay and would come again. Thank you!

I booked through Booking.com because my boyfriend was visiting the United Kingdom from the Netherlands for the first time, and I’m really glad I did. Communication was great, and all the staff were professional and helpful. Special thanks to Denissa and Lucian at reception, who explained the parking and helped us with everything. They let me know from the start that the third floor was being renovated, which wasn’t a problem for us. We had a great premium room on level five. Thanks to everyone, we’ll definitely be back soon.

The team is fantastic and always goes out of its way to help. Thanks to the management and staff for another wonderful visit, with a professional, comfortable atmosphere that made everything stress-free. A tip for future guests: the newly refurbished Premier rooms are well worth the upgrade. Highly recommended!

We had a great time celebrating Riz’s birthday here last Saturday, 27th December. The room was newly refurbished, clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choice and tasted great. The location made getting around convenient, and reception were friendly and helpful, especially with parking information. Check-in was quick and easy. We held our party here on 27 December 2025, and it went really well. The venue suited the theme, and everyone left happy with how it went. Booking and communication were great, the place was easy for most guests to get to, and everything was spotless. The hall was ready before the party, and the toilet and room were very clean. The room looked new. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. Big thanks to the bar staff for warmly handling everyone’s drink requests, Joseph for taking care of all our requests, and event supervisor Mollie for being so attentive to the little details. The front desk team also guided our guests with parking, always with a smile. Holiday Inn Stevenage is a great place to host a first-class party.
