Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the menu was good with reasonable prices. Our deal included a £22 meal allowance each night, enough for a two-course dinner. It's great value for a two-night stay. The rooms are nice, with free Wi-Fi and parking. My only complaint was that I thought a glass of wine was a bit expensive.

We got a real bargain, paying £158 in total for two nights on a DBB deal for two adults. The room was fine, big enough, and had plenty of sockets. The restaurant food was fabulous, both the quality and the quantity, and breakfast was amazing with more than enough choice. The staff work so hard and always have a smile. It was good to see local people working at the hotel. Great value for money, and I'd highly recommend it.

The king-sized room was comfortable, and the bed worked well for both me and my husband, who has a bad back. The staff were fantastic, always cheerful, and you can tell they like working there. They really couldn't do enough for you. The outside of the hotel looks a little scruffy and could use some paint and a touch-up.

It's well placed for exploring, right by the Bannockburn battlefield and Heritage Centre, with Stirling nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was decent, especially breakfast. The bar got busy, and the staff seemed under pressure at times. Still, it's a good-value hotel.

Customer service was very high from start to finish. I arrived around midday, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The food service and bar were also very good. Then I had to make an emergency trip home to London around midnight. Gary was incredibly supportive and helpful. He rang several taxi companies to find me a ride to Glasgow Airport at 3 in the morning, kept checking that I was okay, and asked whether he could adjust anything for me. An absolute top employee.
