Sammi at breakfast was excellent, even with things really busy, she stayed right on top of everything. Sammy is always smart and pleasant. Rachel from housekeeping is lovely too, and clearly keeps our room clean and nice. We've stayed at this Premier a couple of times and would like to commend them both. We gave five stars for service, though one survey lad on reception really ought to take a customer service course. I'll leave it there.

The best sleep I've had in ages, with stunning food and fantastic service. The restaurant team on 7 March were heroes, and I can't thank them enough for making my son's birthday so incredible. They made such a fuss of him and treated him like a king. He was so happy. The staff went above and beyond and gave us a six-star experience.

The location on the Trentham Gardens site is handy, with the shopping village and restaurants just a couple of minutes away and plenty of parking. Staff are friendly too. I've stayed here several times over the past few years. The rooms are cosy and comfortable for a reasonable price, and both standard and premium rooms have air conditioning. There's a buffet breakfast downstairs for about £10 per person.

Oliver, the young man at the bar, was lovely and helped get an extra pillow for my wife. Check-in was easy and service was great. The location is ideal for the shopping village and park. The bedroom could use some more pillows.
6/10
The room hadn't been cleaned properly: there was pee in the toilet, left unflushed, and the side of the bed was dirty. When we went to the restaurant for cutlery, the young woman was rude too. Such a shame. We stayed one night with my partner because the location is perfect for Trentham Garden. At the front desk, the young guy was moody and unwelcoming, with no manners. He didn't look up to greet us, just pushed a note in front of us to get my car registration and signature, with no eye contact.
