Adagio London Stratford

Ariff from maintenance was especially helpful. He was patient and quickly sorted out the issue I was having charging my power bank. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. The room was comfortable and looked clean, though the bathroom shelves had greenish stains and could have been cleaner. The area seemed safe at night, with plenty of international students and local residents around. After 10pm, though, the main hotel doors are locked, so guests have to use their keycards at a separate entrance. I wouldn’t recommend arriving after that time.

Having a washing machine and dryer in the basement was a real help during our 8-night stay. The apartment also had all the essentials laid out, including plates, dishes, detergent and cutlery, and the staff clearly explained the services and facilities. We were very happy with the stay. The location worked well for us, close to the mall and tube stations with good connections. I’d gladly recommend the property to anyone visiting this part of the country.

Everything in the room, from the floors and bathroom to the bed, was really clean. There was also enough equipment to cook most meals. A great hotel for the price.

Breakfast was very good, and the apartment kitchen had everything we needed. The room was spotless, with a clean, good-looking bath and a double bed that felt just right, neither too firm nor too soft. The air conditioning could heat or cool the room, and the hotel is in a quiet area near a mall with lots of shops.
