Breakfast at the pub next door was yummy, freshly cooked with a continental buffet too. We stayed over the weekend while attending a nearby wedding, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was quiet and the beds super comfortable, just what my husband and I needed. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast restaurant was excellent and the room was spotlessly clean. All the staff were excellent, especially Lucy, who went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in at the last minute and get us a map for finding our way into town. A lovely hotel stay.

The hotel is nicely tucked away and quiet, despite being right by the A21. My room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean, and the staff were lovely and friendly. There’s a nice pub attached as well. A comfortable, peaceful stay for a very reasonable price. Can't praise Premier Inn Tonbridge Hotel enough.

An awful stay. Bugs were in the beds in my room and my colleagues’ rooms, and they were crawling in the bath and on the walls. Reception arranged for my room to be cleaned and the bedding changed, but the bugs came back. They offered me another room, though I then waited four hours for cleaning staff because nobody was available to clean it. I asked if they could find a room at another nearby Premier Inn, but was told everywhere was fully booked. I had to look for somewhere else myself. I found another Premier Inn 15 minutes away, where the room was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

We all slept really well after a long journey. A wonderful place to stay, with clean rooms.
