We had to cut our stay short because of an emergency back home, and Tim and Vicky were considerate and helpful throughout, including when we needed to leave early. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the food was great. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The service was superb, and Tim and Vicki were lovely and very accommodating. Our room was clean and very nice, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was great. It’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t fault it and will definitely return.

There was plenty of choice at breakfast, and the presentation was well thought out. Tim and Vicki couldn’t do enough for us, and the guest house was exceptionally clean and welcoming. We could come and go freely and order food to eat, with a comfortable dining area and lounge available instead of having to eat in our bedroom. We’ll definitely visit again.

The small extras made our family stay feel special, from water, hot chocolate, tea and biscuits in the room to shower gel and conditioner in the bathroom. We were here with two adults and two children, and Tim & Vicky were fantastic hosts, so accommodating and always ready to help. Breakfast was amazing too. We'd definitely come back and recommend the place.

We come to Torquay often to see family, and The Brandize is now our first choice. Tim and Vicki are excellent hosts, the breakfast is delicious, and the bed in the king room is the most comfortable we've found in Torquay.
