The staff were so kind and helpful, especially with guests who had disabilities. They couldn’t do enough for everyone. We had a great three-night stay over New Year. The food was delicious, and the New Year’s Day Gala buffet was outstanding. The entertainment was great too. The hotel does look a little tired, though.

Our group had a Christmas party night and stayed over on 13 December. We danced so much that we were worn out by the end of the evening. The meal was excellent and there was plenty of it, and the dance was great. The rooms were very clean, and staff from every part of the Toorak Hotel were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A big thank you to all of them. We’ll definitely come back, as we have in past years.

Had a great works party here tonight. The food was lovely and the service was great, especially from a server whose name I think was Lilly. The DJ was good too.

We had an emergency hospital stay, and the staff kept an eye out so my husband could get in during the early hours. They also asked after our daughter, which meant a lot. The place is affordable and in a great spot, about five minutes from beach access. There are lovely staff, great pools, and a really good buffet breakfast. The kids ate free. Highly recommend staying here.

There’s plenty to do on site whatever the weather, and the swimming pools are fantastic. We love this group of hotels. They’re always clean and have nice staff.
