Premier Inn Truro

This was my second stay, and I’d come back because it’s good value. The refurbished room was spacious and lovely, with a huge comfy bed, a Tassimo-style coffee machine and plenty of USB charging points. I took the meal deal, which was great value too. My only gripe was the two-and-a-half-minute walk from reception to the room. Next time I’ll look at the prem plus rooms to avoid lugging my bags so far.

There’s plenty of parking, and the location makes it easy to get just about anywhere. The place is clean, the rooms are bright with space for clothes if you’re staying a while, and the front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend it. The beefeater pub is a lovely spot to eat and relax with a pint.

This is the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed at. Tracy, the hotel manager, and the whole team were professional and friendly, and made my stay a 10/10, even during the red weather warning for a storm. Everyone checked that guests were safe and accounted for. The modern rooms are clean and super comfy, and the food is lovely too. Thanks to all, I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed during the recent storm, and the staff made guest safety and wellbeing their priority, even through a power cut. From the hotel to the restaurant, everyone was polite, friendly and approachable before, during and after the storm. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The manager was great and should be proud of herself and her team. I’d definitely stay again for either work or leisure.
