A very homely, family-run B&B, with private parking and no card payments. My room was quiet, comfortable and very clean, and the shower was terrific. Breakfast was freshly cooked. It’s a fantastic, well-equipped base for seeing the sights.

We had a lovely, quiet base in the countryside for exploring Cornwall. The bedrooms were spacious and spotless, and breakfast was great. Our host was so friendly and always ready to help.

We keep coming back to the Lynwood whenever we visit Tregony, and wouldn't think of staying elsewhere. Abigail greets you so warmly and does everything she can to make the visit comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent, and nothing feels like too much trouble. You won't want to leave, and it's hard to imagine finding better.

A good base for getting around Cornwall, with comfortable, nicely decorated rooms and a very helpful host. Breakfast was excellent too. Check the website and contact them directly if you want to avoid paying booking commission.
