Premier Inn Warrington Central North

For a budget hotel, Premier Inns are pretty good all round, and this one was okay for a business stop. The staff were polite, and being near the M6 with restaurants nearby was useful since I hadn't realised they don't serve dinner. Breakfast at 6:30 was too late for the next leg of my trip, though the McDonald's opposite did the job. The banging doors through the night were a problem here too, something I've noticed at a lot of Premier Inns lately. I guess that's down to the guests, not the staff, but if they could dampen the sound of doors slamming, they'd be onto a winner.

The room was very clean and kept to a high standard, and the location was convenient for visiting Warrington. The kind gesture from Kerry and Zach made the stay especially pleasant. When I mentioned I had an early checkout the next morning, they arranged a small breakfast bag and switched on the coffee machine so I could take a coffee with me. They really went above and beyond. Thank you.

Freshly cooked to order, so the breakfast hasn't gone hard under hot lamps. It was the best Premier Inn breakfast I've had, with a good team and a nice feel to the place. And only £10.99. What's not to like?

The mattress and pillow were extremely comfortable, which was great for my spinal condition, and I got the stress-free sleep I badly needed on holiday without much corridor noise. Breakfast was good too, as I always enjoy a Premier Inn breakfast. The gentleman serving was friendly and attentive. I agree with another review about the sofa bed getting in the way of the desk, though. I pretty much had to climb into the chair.
