Philip at reception was especially friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the staff were welcoming throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were told beforehand that housekeeping wouldn’t be available on Christmas Day, which was completely understandable. In the couple of days after Christmas, the room was a little less tidy than earlier in our stay, nothing major. We had a lovely time and would happily stay again.

We didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t say anything about the rooms. We really enjoyed afternoon tea in the restaurant, and Az looked after us attentively. We’ve been served by him a few times at the Lambert Arms, and he’s always polite and smiley. We’ll definitely be back soon.

We booked through Groupon for a Friday afternoon tea at 12.30, and it was totally worth it. It was lovely and quiet, and Aurangzeb was really attentive and helpful. Thank you so much!

Auranzeb was our waiter and helped make the day smooth and enjoyable. We were there for my Grandpa’s birthday, and the service was great. The team also handled our requirements efficiently. It was a lovely experience.

The evening wedding reception was lovely. The room was beautifully decorated, with the tables spaced nicely and enough space for dancing. The buffet was piping hot and had burgers, chicken, pasta, salad, and more. We didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms.
