Don’t be put off by the outside. We had a deluxe suite for an event, and the room was very nice. There was no fan or air conditioning, but the staff brought us a fan when we asked. They were super friendly from the start and made check-in quick and easy. Later we ordered food to the hotel, and the staff helped us get cutlery. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. I’d definitely recommend the place and will return.

The staff were friendly and quick to fix anything we needed, and they even let me bring breakfast back to the room on the second day. Nothing beats a full English in bed. Breakfast had plenty of options for every taste, endless tea, coffee and juice, and enough for seconds or thirds if you were still hungry. I’m vegetarian and my wife eats meat, and we were both happy with the menu. They even made us veggie sausages. The room had everything we needed for restful sleep and a relaxing stay. We were here for our first big date ten years ago, when she was my future wife, and it was just as great this time around. The hotel is in central Solihull, with everything a short walk away and both the city and lovely countryside nearby. We really recommend it for any occasion and look forward to coming back soon.

We had a town house suite as a Christmas treat for my boyfriend and me, and it was amazing. The place was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean, and the room was well stocked. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious, with a lovely choice at dinner and breakfast.

For a night out in Solihull, we only needed a room and were pleasantly surprised. Check-in was quick and easy, and free parking was a bonus. It was quiet, with a nice view over the bowling green. The standard double had a comfy bed, a decent bathroom with a good-sized walk-in shower, a good-sized TV, mini fridge and safe. I can’t comment on the hotel facilities since we only stayed for the night.
