Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare - Seafront

The restaurant meals were really nice, both in the evening and at breakfast. Everything was hot, tasty, and served quickly. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. We had a great two-night stay. Check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly from the start. A special thank you to Nathan and his team, who went above and beyond for our party while we were there to surprise a family member for his birthday. We really appreciated it. Everyone we met was polite and friendly.

The woman at check-in was really friendly and helped my husband sort out a problem with our stay transaction. She made us feel welcome and said to tell her if anything else came up. We appreciated her help. But in our Premier Plus room, 325 on the third floor, the cleaning wasn’t up to standard. Once we started unpacking, we spotted yellow marks on the bathroom floor, lots of marks on the shower glass, black marks on a couple of shower tiles, and dust on the mirror. It looked as though the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. We took photos and told the man on reception when we went out. He wrote down the issues and said he’d check the room and finish cleaning it. Hours later, when we got back, nothing had been done and there was no note or message. There was water in the kettle too. When we mentioned it, he said there would be, but we didn’t know how long it had been there or when it was last used, which felt unhygienic and made us doubt the room had been cleaned. These avoidable problems spoiled our two-day break.

We had dinner at 5:30, when it was quiet, which suited us with two young children. The pub-style food was good, cooked well, and arrived on time. Breakfast was excellent too, and staff were happy to help with anything we needed. They also told us about the local carnival and things to do nearby. On arrival, we got big smiles and a warm hello. Check-in was quick and friendly, with useful information about breakfast and dinner. Our room was tidy and clean, with a lovely sea view. The staff were all so friendly and easy to chat to that we enjoyed the stay enough to start planning a return next year.

I’ve just checked out of Premier Inn Weston super mare seafront. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception worker, who also helped out in other areas, was amazing. She’d come from Darlington, though I can’t remember her name. I was there for a funeral, and she went out of her way to make me comfortable and asked how it had gone and how I was feeling. Amazing customer service.
