Wrightington Hotel & Spa

Cerys really eased the tension in my back, especially in the spots that usually bother me. I left feeling lighter and much less tight, and could still notice the difference hours later. She checked what pressure I wanted and whether anything needed extra attention, and clearly knew her work. I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived, which made it easy to relax. One of the best back massages I’ve had. I’d absolutely recommend Cerys and will book again.

We had a lovely evening meal, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel itself was gorgeous and very well kept, and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. Mia gave me an amazing facial, with plenty of time and a comfortable, relaxed experience. We’d definitely book again.

The room for our retreat was just right, and the rooms were comfortable. We also enjoyed the meals. I didn’t use the spa myself, though my friends who did had only good things to say. Everyone working there was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. I spent the weekend on an organised retreat and couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming, helpful stay. Thank you.

The whole place felt welcoming and relaxing. Misha gave me a lovely, professional facial, and I bought one of the products. Huge thanks, Misha. I’ll definitely book again.
