Easthampstead Park - Re opening Nov2020 after full

Our room in the annexe at Hepburn House was lovely, and the price was very reasonable. The hot shower was superb, the cooked breakfast was good, and service was good too. The main building and decor are stunning, the dining area and table settings looked impressive, and there was plenty of parking. I didn't sleep well, though. Heavy footsteps on the stairs woke us at 3am, and our room was directly above the gym, so the thumping started again at 6am. There’s no lift in this building, so good luck if you have lots of heavy bags 😂 I told the Duty Manager about it at checkout as constructive feedback. He was nice, listened and took note of our complaints. Now we know, we'll book in the Main Manor House next time. We do recommend the hotel, just choose your room wisely xxx Have fun, fellow travellers 🍀🍀

Tasha, the receptionist working on the morning of 20 December, was exceptionally kind and helpful. I'm very grateful to her 🙏 The hotel was beautiful, and our Christmas party went really well. The food was very good, especially given they catered for and served around 1,000 guests. The DJ and live entertainment were fantastic, and I liked the rituals products in the bathrooms.

The music had everyone dancing, and the food and wine were delicious. Our table was decorated with style, and the atmosphere was great. The staff were attentive, while management couldn't do enough for us. A fantastic Christmas party evening at the Amazing Easthampstead Park Hotel. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard. The beds and bedding were super comfortable, and plenty of my colleagues said the same. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had great pressure, which is rare in my experience. I stayed two nights here for work last week and would definitely recommend it.
