Aman and his team really made this stay for me. They were thoughtful, quick to help, and always friendly, which made the whole visit feel special. The room was roomy and cozy, and the food was fresh, tasty, and carefully prepared. The hotel itself was spotless and well kept, so I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. I'd happily recommend it for the hospitality, meals, and comfortable stay, and I'd love to come back.

I came back for a second stay, this time to celebrate my partner's birthday after visiting once for work. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and really went out of their way for both of us. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a bed we found especially comfortable. We had a wonderful visit and I'm already looking forward to another one.

Aman, Mukul, Ush and Laura made us feel right at home. They were always ready to help, even with little requests like water or tea bags, and never kept us waiting. Service felt lovely from the moment we walked in. Great hotel, and I'd recommend it to everyone. Can't wait to go back. Five stars all the way.

We had another comfortable stay, and the hotel worked well as a base for cycling into and out of York. Parking was plentiful, the surroundings were quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were helpful. The rooms look a little dated, though they have everything you need. We also used the voucher from reception to visit Everlast Gym, 2.1 miles away on a trading estate with free parking, for a swim, steam room and sauna. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

We stayed overnight for a murder mystery event and had a great time. The room had lots of storage and was nicely furnished, with a very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning was well cooked and excellent. Everyone on staff was pleasant, polite, and made us feel welcome, with nothing seeming like too much trouble. It was good value, and we'd gladly book again.
