I live nearby and didn’t stay there, but I knew the people who lived there for years, when it was in perfect shape. A month ago, it looked really bad: overgrown, run-down, and apparently not properly open. There was junk, weeds, a broken-down motorhome, and what looked like a broken shed or roof. It’s sad to see. I hope it’s better now.

The views were great, and it was a cozy place to stay. The WiFi was good too. But the hot tub we were promised was broken, and there was a guy in the basement? The air conditioning didn’t work in some rooms, and it was almost 100 degrees upstairs.
