The room we were eventually given was filthy, with nasty walls, an unclean bathroom, and AC that didn’t work right. Before that, they put us in a smoking room without asking. The next day, a man working there knocked and said I wasn’t supposed to be there, then asked where the guy who checked in was, even though my boyfriend and I checked in together. It was awful, and not worth it. Don’t come here.

We left and stayed somewhere else. The room was filthy, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and the mini fridge was disgusting. There were silverfish and roaches too. The door bolt was broken, so anyone could get in, which felt scary. We told management and they couldn’t have cared less. Inside Edition could do an episode on this place, lol!

The Scottish Inn treated us right, and we’ll stay there again when we visit family nearby. We came to town to see a family member and wanted somewhere quiet close by. The price was competitive, so we booked a couple of nights. The service was excellent, and staff brought us towels and other things as soon as we asked. Best of all, my son accidentally left his 3DS in the room. The staff found it and offered to return it. It’s good to find honest people.

The best thing here is the price. It’s pretty grungy, with stains on the carpet and walls, and it doesn’t seem to have had a thorough cleaning in a while. The staff are nice and helpful, though, and it’s close to shopping centers and the highway, so it’s alright.

The room was clean and the shower water was hot. I had a little trouble with the TV, but it turned out I’d pressed the wrong buttons on the remote.
