I was uneasy about being asked personal questions about who I was with and whether we were in a relationship or hooking up. If a reservation is for two people, I don't think those details are their business. That cost the stay a star. I'd like to come back in a few months and hope the rate can earn five stars if things keep improving. Sometimes people just need to get away without explaining their private life. The Motel 6 was better than some online reviews had me expecting. Staff were lovely and easy to talk to, and my room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in good working order. The climate control worked well too. Parking felt tight for my car when the lot was busy, and some outside areas were dim. What Booking.com showed didn't fully match what I experienced, so I'd call the property to confirm details. I may use the motel again.

For the money, this is a truly great place to stay. The decor looked elegant and thoughtfully chosen, and the room smelled freshly clean. The housekeeper who got my room ready had taken care with all those little things that show they care. 😊✨️👍💯💛

The rooms were clean and the price wasn't bad, so I don't have other complaints. Swing shift and graveyard staff were sweet, helpful, and understanding. My trouble was with management and the morning shift. Two days into my stay I was challenged over policies after having been told something different. Management also argued about service animal rules, saying PTSD, depression, or anxiety couldn't qualify. That's not right. I had a service dog for 11 years, trained to provide deep pressure therapy, interrupt panic and PTSD attacks, bring me medication, and follow basic obedience. My current dog is still in training, which takes time, and I'm working on the proper documentation. I tried to explain, but got talked over several times and decided it wasn't worth my energy. Management should look at ADA and service animal laws again. This kind of treatment makes it harder for legitimate handlers to go places.

Our blankets and towels were stained, and the daily full service they required because we had pets never really happened. They changed the towels and mopped with dirty water, not even half the service. Worse, someone I was staying with became covered in bites after a few days. The front desk identified bed bugs in our room within two minutes, but the manager was rude, blamed us, and refused a refund. We'd already had awful service from the front staff. Stay somewhere else, this place is disgusting, bugs or not, and the customer service doesn't make up for it.

The TV was 42 inches, maybe 50, and I could still find something enjoyable to watch even though a lot of channels showed connection errors. The room was cozy and just the right size, with a really nice enclosed stand-up shower. The hotel also passed its bed bug check with flying colors, and I didn't see any other bugs. 😊
