Since the housekeeping manager left, my service has slipped. My room was missed for cleaning three days in a row, and the place feels quieter and less vibrant. It seems like a step backward, and that's disappointing. I travel for work and stay at a lot of Marriott hotels. I feel compelled to mention how much this manager contributed to the welcoming atmosphere. When I first met her, I overwhelmed her with my concerns, but she handled every one with such care that I never had those problems again. I also overheard guests at the front desk praising her while celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. They took a photo with her and said excitedly that they'd mention both her and the hotel on Facebook. People like her can make a lasting impression, and I think reviews should recognize staff who enhance a stay. I wish her well in whatever she does next. Any team would be lucky to have her. I was booked for two nights, but after the first night I was hit by a car and spent until 5 in the afternoon in the hospital with a broken leg. I felt it was best to go home instead of staying another night. I explained the situation to the hotel manager, but they still charged me for night two. I found the lack of empathy incredible. I'd give zero stars if I could. I'll never stay here again, and I'll spread the word.

We stayed here the night before a trip to NYC, and the location, check-in, and everything else were disappointing for a Marriott. The bathroom was described as rundown and borderline gross, with brown streaks on the door and crumbly molding by the tub. The Wi-Fi let us connect but wouldn't provide internet access. After I filled in the survey, they asked me to email details and photos. I sent them and heard nothing. I followed up asking for a response and still got no reply. The hotel's reply apologized for the bathroom condition and Wi-Fi problems, said maintenance and housekeeping were investigating, and said the technical team was looking into the connection issue. It also apologized for the check-in: arriving late is stressful, and I shouldn't have needed to ask where to park or find the elevator. They said they would use my feedback to retrain the front desk staff and asked me to send the photos directly to Reed Hanks to help prioritize repairs.

Breakfast was good, which is the positive. The room had a full garbage can and no spare sheets for the pullout sofa. Sleeping on that mattress would have been like sleeping on bricks. The area didn't feel safe, and I didn't like having to pay for parking. I wouldn't return or recommend this hotel.
