I felt completely safe traveling here on my own as a woman, and the hotel stayed quiet even with lots of guests around. The employees were all friendly, and the place was clean, comfortable, and easy to find my way around. It’s also an easy walk to the mall, with other restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I’d absolutely come back next time. Great stay for work or any other trip.

We come here about four times a year for shows at The Funny Bone. The location is great and the staff are always friendly. Rooms are great, though perhaps a bit pricey. The free breakfast has lots of choices too.

We missed breakfast the next morning, which I've heard is amazing, because our room was so peaceful and the beds so comfortable that we didn't want to get up! Before that, I had a difficult time checking in because I needed to move money between my cards. That was all on my end, not the hotel's fault. The young woman and other front desk workers were patient and compassionate, telling me to take my time and not worry. They gave me water and a comfortable chair where I could sit out of the cold and dark until I got everything sorted. An absolutely fantastic hotel.

Quan at the front desk was so sweet and made me feel like a valued guest. She even offered us a bag to take with water and thanked us for staying. I've never had service this good at a Tru. Best Tru I've stayed at!
