Three weeks at InTown Suites left me with a mixed impression. The location was great, and the price is hard to beat if you want a lot for your money. But staffing seemed stretched thin: I asked the front desk nearly every day, and my room was never cleaned once. They overcharged me $75, and I couldn’t get it fixed before leaving. Finding the office open, let alone someone at the desk, felt like a scavenger hunt. Still, I’d stay again for the price and location, though with a little more money to spend, you may be happier elsewhere. It’s like a reliable friend who always adds one unnecessary adventure. I’d call the whole thing a solid 5/10, right down the middle.

I booked a week because the rate, location, and room photos looked good, even though the reviews I’d read were all wrong. When I got there around noon, the front desk employee was patient and really nice. He answered my questions professionally and let me see the room. I’d thought I booked one bed, but he had a room with two queens. I checked later and realized the booking mistake was mine, so I told him that room was fine. I waited a short while for it to be cleaned, which is expected before 3pm at most hotels. InTown was on it. The housekeeper was extremely nice, and I gave her a $20 tip for cleaning the room at noon. The hotel was clean, with no bugs. I even saw Orkin spraying, as they do once a week. There was no riffraff around. Follow the common decency rules and you can call this home.
This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It was filthy, and on day one the sink wouldn’t drain and the toilet wouldn’t work right, with the water continuing to run. I waited an hour and a half to check in, couldn’t reach anyone, and the maintenance man who came didn’t fix it. This is ridiculous. I just want a refund so I can get the hell out. They really need to update the photos on their websites. No stars, minus about 10.
I really enjoyed staying here. The upgraded room was very nice and had lots of storage space, and the elevator was always working, which made getting to the third floor easier for me. The price is affordable, and there’s often a move-in special if you book through their website. Parking is free too. Customer service was good, and Aliyah G, one of the clerks, was very helpful and supportive. I’d recommend this place to anyone planning to stay.
The roaches made for a very uncomfortable stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Customer service was horrible, especially the woman at the front desk. The room key card would stop working, so I had to get someone to unlock the door. They had the nerve to charge $10 every time, as if it were my fault the card wasn’t working. I’d keep looking and stay somewhere else.
