The breakfast area was well stocked, and the hotel felt calm and family-friendly. Staff were welcoming and quick to help, parking and access were easy, and the location worked well for nearby attractions and shopping. At Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque North near Balloon Fiesta Park, my room was spacious, reasonably clean, and had useful amenities. The accommodations were comfortable, and the service was friendly. Some parts of the property show their age, but everything seemed organized and professionally managed. A good-value choice for a short visit or road trip.

The breakfast is available in the morning, but I wouldn't touch the silverware or eat here. I'd drive 60 miles to get breakfast somewhere else. This was the worst property I've seen: roaches crawling by the entrance should have warned me. The hallway to the room was filthy and had a smell I can't describe. I'd recommend going elsewhere, or even camping.

The staff, including at the front desk, were friendly, and breakfast was okay. Cleaning is the problem. My husband and I stayed a few days, and the carpeted stairs and halls were filthy; the carpet needed a deep clean. Our blanket was clean but stained. The columns at the entrance and walls around the breakfast area need cleaning too. They should focus on cleanliness.

The front door wouldn't open when I checked out, and the front desk person had to put down their phone and come let me out. The pool looked the color of mint Listerine. This place badly needs renovation. A complete disaster, go to another hotel.

I wasn't planning to leave a bad review, but after one night I woke up with several spots on my body from bed bug bites. There are other spots I can't post publicly. I tried to cancel and get a refund, and asked them to contact me, but they couldn't help with the refund. The manager wasn't there. I asked for a call, but never heard from anyone. Bed bugs, don't stay here.
