Gina at the front desk made checkout easy. She was friendly, patient, and attentive, and you could tell she cared about guests. The room was quiet, fresh, clean, and comfortable, with the amenities I needed. Both the A/C and heater worked well, and there was plenty of secure parking. For a short visit, the hotel worked out perfectly, and Gina’s help made it even better. I’d come back.

We couldn’t wait to leave, and I’d never stay here again. The place felt disgustingly dirty, the rooms smelled horrible, and I was afraid to leave my car in the lot. At checkout, they held a $100 bill as a deposit and told me to wait for it back. The problems started when we called to say we were running late. The person on the phone spoke so quietly we could barely hear him. The lobby smelled like rotten food, and our room had a terrible chemical odor and was run down and dirty. Around 10:30 p.m. on the second night, we found ourselves locked out. The first two replacement keys from the lobby didn’t work, and the attendant seemed unsure what was going on. The third set worked. A horrible, scary experience.

There’s a camp right in front of the hotel with five people staying there, and there were a lot of homeless people in the area. That made me feel uncomfortable. Inside, the service was nice and the rooms were pretty clean. Could you please replace the towels with new ones? Thanks.

It’s clean, quiet, affordable, and smells nice. The front desk was quick, efficient, and friendly, and all the amenities worked fine. The WiFi is fast too. As an OTR truck driver, I’d put this among my best stays. I’ll come back next time I’m in town.

We only stayed one night and knew we were booking somewhere cheaper, but I’ve had better stays at less expensive hotels. The fridge was off and never got cold, and only two TV channels worked. I told the desk, but their suggestions didn’t fix the TV, and they told me to check that the fridge was plugged in and switched on. Signs everywhere said the hotel was smoke-free and smoking was only allowed in designated areas, yet people were smoking in the hallways. Staff did nothing after we reported it. There were also homeless people sleeping in a stairway. Wouldn’t recommend it.
