The sunrise was spectacular, and having the car parked right outside our door was so convenient. We had a lovely two-night stay, and the location is so good that I rarely stay an extra night just for sleep, but did here. We felt safe and at home as soon as we arrived, even though it was a little late on our first night. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, and kept us informed about the severe weather so we could stay safe. We couldn't get out to explore the bay because of the conditions, though we liked that there were bikes and canoes available. There was plenty more nearby to explore, too.

Celebrating our 10th anniversary here turned things around after a bad first booking. Bayview and the manager Brian were such a delight. The room was lovely, and the clean, beautiful pool was a treat. We also enjoyed the cozy sundeck, small gym, kayaking, loaner bikes, and continental breakfast in the cute club house. What a rare find. Can't wait to return!

Brian looked after us from check-in through the rest of our stay, making sure we had what we needed and sharing restaurant suggestions within 3 miles. We tried several during our three nights and liked every one. The updated, comfortable room worked well for us and our small dog, and being right on the bay was a bonus. There's a salt water pool, plus plenty to do in town and several nearby beaches to check out. This place really is a hidden gem. We'll definitely book again.

The morning sunrise views were incredible. Our room was clean and lovely, and the mattress was comfortable too. We had a great stay, with wonderful staff and a great location. Thanks so much, we'll be back!

I was really disappointed by how dirty the room was, especially for what I paid. The shower stall was tiny, with mold, broken grout, and a dirty base. The room didn't have a dishwasher, so we had to wash dishes by hand with a sponge that was already dirty and who knows how long it had been there. The mugs were stained with coffee, and the machine had a used, dirty pod left inside. The floor was dirty too, and I found a nail beside my bed. Under the beds looked like it hadn't been swept. There were dead flies on the window ledges, and the glass tabletop had one big, gross streak. The throw rugs were old and filthy as well. I'd seen a review calling this place clean, but it really wasn't. That ruined the stay for me.
