My family and I stayed here for about two months, and it really felt like home. The staff are all super nice and welcoming. Lego at the front desk was always there when we needed help, and maintenance came by whenever something needed fixing. Alex from night security was always doing his job, so I never worried about my car. The room was clean, everything worked, and there were no bugs, which was great. The on-site washers and dryers worked well, and they accept dogs with no weight limit, unlike most hotels. This place is perfect for a family or someone getting back on their feet. I’ll definitely come back.

Shannon, AKA THE BIG DAWG, Lego, Isiah, Adam, and Orlando made sure we were comfortable and dealt with anything that came up ASAP. The people who run this Siegel treat me and my family like family, period. This place saved us when we had nowhere to go. If you need somewhere short or long term, this is the only Siegel I’ll ever stay at. Thanks again, guys. I’m sure you don’t get enough praise for the BS you have to put up with. Five stars, truly!

It’s crazy to sell a room at full price when there’s been no hot water for six days. The supposed “repair” person just walks around all day doing nothing. Corporate, hire people who know what they’re doing. Don’t stay at this place.

Living here has been very pleasant. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, and Shannon, the manager, is kind and professional. She makes sure we have what we need and that the property follows its policies, which helps keep it safe and welcoming.

The place is always clean and ready when I arrive, and now they even have coffee and cookies. The manager listens and wants our input. I’ve stayed at several Siegel locations, and this one is handy for quick trips to gas stations, groceries, convenience stores, Target, or Walmart. I’d like to see the mattresses upgraded.
