Sonesta ES Suites Albuquerque

We'd been at the Hilton during our trip, then switched over here and had a great night. The king-size bed was comfortable, and there was a spot for our luggage, Mary's makeup, and my shaving kit, even though the bathroom was a little small. The price was right, a great deal. Parking was a little different. We turned the room up to about seventy five, slept through the night, had breakfast, and were on our way in the morning.

I had a really good weekend here while visiting from out of state. The location made it easy to get around town, and the place was surprisingly quiet. I reckon the local police station just around the corner might have something to do with that. Outside was well kept, with no piles of trash or litter, and my room was clean and looked after. The bed was comfy and the appliances all worked. The coffee pods didn’t seem to fit the brew system, but at least they were free. After three nights, I could see this working well for a longer stay. I enjoyed my time and would recommend it.

I come to New Mexico regularly and stay here every time. The room feels like a cute little apartment, a comfortable home away from home, and it’s a great value. The breakfast buffet is generous and has plenty of variety. Larry keeps it stocked diligently, always with a smile and friendly manner. Shawna and the front desk team are also so accommodating and help make the stay enjoyable. I’d give this place even more stars if I could!

The fireplace and the peaceful room made this feel like home. We burned composite logs, and the sofa, bed, and kitchen were all great. The hotel had none of that crazy, eye-sore modern art. Shawna and Sunset at the front desk were efficient, friendly, and helpful with recommendations for sights and shopping. Shawna even printed directions to a great antique mall. Larry in the kitchen served a delicious hot breakfast every morning and is definitely a people person. It’s the most home-like hotel I’ve stayed in, in the US or abroad.
