The open interior looks great, and the staff were genuinely considerate and friendly. The room was pleasant and well cared for, though a little dated. A few small things stood out: the pillows were tiny, there was a steamer instead of an iron, and you had to hold the toilet handle down for a while to get a flush. Nothing there would keep us from coming back. The staff made those minor annoyances easy to overlook.

We first came here about six years ago for an event and liked it enough to return for a weekend with the family. The indoor pool and hot tub were a treat, and the location made it easy to get to restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, including grits, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meats, cereal, bread, potatoes, yogurt, and waffles. Our room was clean, the staff were nice, and the lobby decor was beautiful. We had a good stay and would come back.

The room was much more spacious than I expected, with room for all five of us, and breakfast was delicious. Booking online can be a gamble since photos don’t always match reality, but we were happy with what we found during our long trip to New Orleans. Staff were kind, and restaurants and other things were conveniently close. We’d definitely stay here again. ♥️

The service made this stay memorable, from check-in right through checkout. I had a small issue with the room, and the room cleaning manager sorted it out right away. The room and location were about what I expected for the price, but I truly enjoyed the stay and appreciated the care.

Megan and Kelli were fantastic, and both the clean room and excellent breakfast made the stay even better. I’d go out of my way to come back here. Five stars don’t feel like enough.
