The stay was clean and quiet, and the front desk was always really helpful, especially phatima. I’d definitely recommend it.

They canceled my stay just three hours before I was due to arrive, saying they “can’t disclose further details.” They didn’t help me find another room or place to stay, and I’ll have to wait over five business days for the refund.
