The rooftop lounge has a great view of Uptown, and I had a really pleasant stay. Staff were professional and friendly, and my room was cleaned regularly without me asking. The cleaning staff even took care of the dishes in the dishwasher on their own. Breakfast had a great selection, and Alisa offered excellent service and a nice conversation.

We stayed nearly a month, and by the end it felt like home. The whole team was welcoming. Eric at reception was especially helpful whenever we had questions about extending our stay or billing, and you can tell he enjoys his work. Alyssa at breakfast was just as helpful and congenial. Kudos to them all!

A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so hospitable, pleasant, and stress free. Ms. Latoya at Residence Inn Breakfast, Ms.Tasia at AC Hotel Breakfast, Ms. Chloe at Nuvole Rooftop TwentyTwo Lounge, Ms. Chantine, Supervisor, and Ms. Reinyah at the Residence Inn Checkout Desk all showed us great hospitality. I especially want to recognize Mr. Eric Dunn, Manager of Residence Inn and AC Hotel. With responsibility for both properties, he still paid close attention to our request and to other guests nearby. He has his staff's respect, which I imagine reflects his management style and the mutual respect he shows his employees. His professionalism and quick response meant a lot to us, and we won't forget it. We hope to see you all again.

The breakfast was the highlight, thanks to the AMAZING Ms. Alise. She made the dining area feel warm, pleasant, and elegant in a completely natural way, and her biscuits were phenomenal. Her guest first instinct is something that can't be taught. I trust the Marriott corporate family recognizes what a gem she is. Ms. Angela at the front desk was great, and Bailey, the AC Lounge mixologist, made the best Margaritas and LimeBerry Mocktails ever. Thank you!

Alisa in the breakfast area went out of her way to help us with fresh fruit for my two-year-old, who loves sliced apples. She cut them into thin slices for him, and we really appreciated her kindness. The staff were friendly, breakfast was very good, and the room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had a really nice view. We were just stopping for one night to rest before continuing our trip, but enjoyed the hotel so much that we'll be back in a few weeks. Residence Inn Charlotte City Center is in a central, convenient spot, and I highly recommend it.
