Oakwood at Mosaic South End

I spent 2.5 hours visiting a new resident and parked on the 7th floor in visitor parking. The QR code wouldn't let me submit my vehicle registration because it asked for the make and model but gave me nowhere to enter them. The office was closed, so there was no one to ask for help. I'd registered my car here once before and thought such a short visit would be fine, but it was booted and I was charged $200. The leasing office was polite but couldn't help, and the parking company wouldn't consider the situation. Guest parking is enforced very aggressively, even when the online registration doesn't work. I suspect they didn't build enough parking for residents, based on what I saw while visiting. Between the excessive fee, no after-hours support, the noisy location, and the inconvenient parking deck, it was a very disappointing experience. It really showed a lack of consideration for residents who pay and their guests.

The tour and leasing process were such a good experience. Mallory, the leasing manager, was incredibly kind and helpful, made everything feel easy and welcoming, and responded to my application quickly. She made me comfortable right away. The units were beautiful and spacious, and she answered all my questions. She even let me come back later that day to see the same unit again. Her patience and willingness to help made a big difference in my decision to apply. I'm excited to move in and really appreciate how smooth and positive everything was.

We recently moved out of Mosaic after relocating to Asheville, and we've loved our time there. Hannah was especially kind and friendly when she helped us move in. The leasing staff and maintenance team were attentive, responsive, and wonderful to live with. Whenever we put in a maintenance request, they handled it urgently and did a great job. I like living here, but the fire alarm has gone off way too many times in the middle of the night. The noise can go on for an hour or more. I've never lived in a building where this happens so often. I've gotten conditioned to staying put instead of evacuating, and I hope I don't die. Top-tier trolling from mosaic.
