Danzel made the tour a joy. He was patient while showing the units and answering questions, and he knows the community and South End/LoSo area incredibly well. You can tell he loves the Ello House community and is excited about his work. Thank you, Danzel! Also, it’s one of the few properties in CLT with a jacuzzi or hot tub. Need I say more?

The property is amazing, and I love how walkable and upscale the area around it feels. Ello House has great amenities, especially the huge dog park and stacked gym/yoga studio. The three units we toured were all beautiful, each with its own charm. They’ve done a great job making them functional with built-in shelving, and the light fixtures, storefront windows, and cabinetry show impeccable attention to detail. I recently took a virtual tour with Danzale, and it was the best tour I’ve had in years of moving. He’s a GEM: personable, knowledgeable, and made everything feel fun and low-stress. He showed me every nook and cranny, thoroughly answered my questions, and explained what to expect from living at Ello house. We laughed and bantered like we’d known each other forever. I had more questions by email afterward, and he was sweet and patient, replying promptly and finding the information I needed. Even with my indecision and changes between units, he stuck by me the whole time. Danzale is a big reason I’m looking forward to starting my journey at Ello house. Don’t ever get rid of him. Keep doing what you’re doing up there. Ello is the place to be!

The friendly staff and how cared for the building felt really stood out during my visit to Ello House in Charlotte. I was there to see a friend who lives there, and the place was clean, organized, and secure from the moment I arrived. I had a great time, and it was easy to picture living there myself. I’d seriously consider leasing an apartment here and would recommend checking it out.

After about five months at Ello House, I’m happy living here and would recommend it to someone looking in Charlotte. It’s easy to get around from this location, and I like the community feel and the amenities, which are nice and well kept. My apartment was in great shape when I moved in, and it still feels modern, clean, and maintained. Whenever I’ve needed help, the staff have been friendly and professional, and my maintenance requests have been handled pretty quickly.

We’re hoping to call Ello House home in a few weeks. My wife and I toured last week and liked the range of floor plans and amenities. The community was beautiful and clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. It’s also a great location, with plenty of food and drink options within walking distance.
