That private gated parking on the property made us feel like VIPs, since nearly everyone else in the area seems to rely on street parking. My wife and I were there in October for our wedding anniversary, and loved the beautiful home and incredible backyard garden. Graham and Bob were warm, wonderful hosts. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Two-O-One B & B and hope to return someday.
The breakfast was incredible, and I still haven't managed to find that Cherry Moon Blossom tea anywhere. We stayed in the Queen Anne Suite on the day we got married at the Annapolis Courthouse, which was less than a five-minute walk away. Graham and Robert were wonderful from the start, even suggesting restaurants. The room was lovely, with a huge tub, a four-poster bed fit for royalty, and a working fireplace with a clean-burning log they provided. We'll be back!
The free gated parking was a huge bonus, and the owners made us feel welcome and looked after. My wife and I loved the extensive gourmet breakfast. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a private bath and an exceptionally comfortable bed, one of the best I've slept on despite traveling so much for work. We'll definitely return.

Parking was easy in the inn's back lot, and you really can't beat the location. Graham and Bob are friendly hosts who know the neighborhood and can point you to good places to visit. Comfortable stay, and great value.
