Hodan and Nyo have been wonderful, and the rest of the team has been accommodating and professional at all hours. They’ve dealt with any problems efficiently. The rooms and property are clean and quiet, and we’ve enjoyed our stay. Getting to Metro is convenient too, with a free Dash bus ride of about five minutes or a 20-minute walk to Eisenhower Ave station. I highly recommend it.

We spent four nights in a suite and had a good stay. It was clean and quiet, and the heating worked well. There was a kitchen, but it had old equipment and not enough of it. Service could be better, especially for guests using the kitchen.

The room was spacious, with a decent desk and a breakfast nook bar, and the place was quiet. Check-in and check-out were easy. I’d stay again, but I’d plan to eat breakfast somewhere else. Here it was instant oatmeal and coffee.

I arrived on November 22nd and left without a room. Andre, the staff member who was there, refused to help me. I waited for over an hour while he did nothing to resolve it. I was exhausted and stressed, and the disrespect made an already bad situation worse. It disrupted my plans and left me very frustrated. I’m asking for immediate action and a full refund for this unacceptable service.

The location worked for us, about a mile on foot from the Eisenhower ave metro, and the price wasn’t bad for what we got. Check-in went smoothly even though it was 11pm, and the desk service was nice. The bathroom was mostly clean, but one sheet had a yellow stain and didn’t seem fresh. All the room lights flickered, and WiFi was out for one of the days. Breakfast was just coffee and prepackaged food, nothing special.
