I booked directly on the website because the property was advertised as family friendly and said cribs were available. On the day we were due to check in, I called to confirm and learned they don’t have cribs at all. Then, despite having a reservation, I was told there were no rooms available. As I left to find another hotel, I called the reservation line to check that I wouldn’t be charged since I hadn’t canceled before 6pm. The agent apologized that the reservation wasn’t honored and assured me there’d be no charge. Three days later, the pending charge cleared on my credit card anyway. The chat bot wasted my time, and when I called the hotel, the manager was friendly and apologetic and said they’d issued a refund. It never came, so now I’m disputing the charge with my card company. Sucky all the way around. At least I can say the hotel across the street is quite nice!

I stayed May 28-30, 2026, and the staff made a good impression for most of the visit. They were friendly and professional. But near the end, ants got into our room and bit my grandchild several times. I told management right away, but they offered very little resolution or accommodation. I was still charged the $25 daily accommodation fee, too. As a long-time IHG Diamond Elite Member, I expected more consideration when an issue affected my family’s comfort and well-being. This isn’t a reflection on the courteous staff. Management needs to respond better to guest concerns and provide an appropriate resolution. With stronger accountability, this property could give guests a much better experience.

I’m a Diamond Elite member, and they canceled my reservation because they’d overbooked. I was driving from Texas when they called to tell me. I’d booked on the app, but they wanted a new credit card over the phone, which wasn’t happening. I’ve had a scam like that occur before. Canceling a Diamond Elite reservation while I’m on the interstate on my way there is ridiculous service. Very sketch.
