It’s affordable, allows pets, and is handy for Disney and shopping. Liz was the only worker I found nice. The photos don’t match the rooms, and the tubs have serious problems: no stopper, and the drain doesn’t work when the water is close to overflowing. The room could flood and become slippery. The huge nightstand lamps have no USB ports or power outlets, which is really dysfunctional. A guy working at night told us breakfast ran from 6 to 9, but that wasn’t true. They offer a bag with packed fruit or something, and they run out. In the morning, after we’d gotten up early, we were told there was no breakfast. No discount was offered, not even when we asked to stay another night. The parking has very hard bumps, and residents try to avoid them, creating a safety hazard, which is the opposite of their intended purpose. There’s no restroom in the lobby, so housekeepers do their business in guest rooms. Disgusting!

The rooms are filthy, the floors aren’t mopped, and they stink like rotten fish. Parking is tight and not good for trucks. There’s a huge gap around the room door that could let rats and roaches in!

I stopped in last night while passing through after seeing the profile, but I was really disappointed. The rooms don’t look like the pictures, and the bathroom needs an update and a proper cleaning. We came down at 7:00 AM for breakfast, which was included in the price, and were told they don’t serve it. We also couldn’t check out because no one was there. Disappointing.

I came from Texas for a weekend and stayed here when it was Howard Johnson. The management was lovely to deal with, warm and excellent, and I felt very welcome! Liz greeted me so nicely and looked after me whenever I went to the front desk or called. I’ll tell everyone to stay here when they visit Orlando. :)
