The room was filthy and hadn't been swept in who knows how long. Roaches were everywhere, so I spent my own money on spray because I didn't want them as roommates. Roaches are a major problem here. I told the office, but they didn't seem concerned, and reviews mention them again and again without the hotel fixing the problem. The heat didn't work. I reported it every day for probably 2 weeks, and they finally fixed it the very day it got really cold. The bathroom faucet leaked and left water all over the floor, so I couldn't use that sink. The microwave had no turntable and the fridge was missing shelves.

I'd highly recommend this place for a short stay or an extended one. The staff are amazing and beyond helpful. Whenever we raised a concern, it was solved the same day. Manager Anna is incredible and has really turned things around for the better in her short time here. It puts me at ease knowing she's keeping an eye on things and finding ways to improve the property.

Tatyanna was very accommodating when my grandfather came to visit family for the weekend. She arranged a clean, comfortable first-floor room near the office, which mattered because he has mobility issues. We appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were, and we'll definitely stay here again when he's back in town.

I've been staying here for some time due to my circumstances, and the property has improved a lot thanks to general manager Ana Gonzalez. The front desk workers have handled any issues I've had and got things fixed quickly. Housekeepers leave the rooms sparkly and smelling good, with no roaches in the rooms. Keep up the good work, and thanks for making my stay much better.

Before heading back to Georgia, I wanted to leave a final review of our stay at Home Town Studios & Suites by Red Roof. My wife and I came on vacation to watch the Artamis ll launch out at the Indian River yesterday. Before going to watch it, I had the honor and privilege of meeting many of the guests and staff. The experience was great, and everyone made our stay much more enjoyable. We'll miss this place and plan to make it our spot for future visits and vacation getaways. My wife and I want to thank everyone at Home Town studios & suites by Red Roof for having us and wish you all the best. The staff get +10 stars for accommodation. The exterior building, structure, and parking lot get +10 for cleanliness. Rooms and hallways get +10. Overall, it's 100+%, an A+ for customer satisfaction, and all 10s across the board.
