There was hair in both beds, and the place smelled dirty. I left for another hotel and called the manager on my way out. At first, she said she would contact hotels.com and approve a refund, but later denied my request, saying the room was clean. I had to pay $520 for a room across the bridge, plus another $34 for an Uber. They are deleting reviews, too. Do NOT BOOK HERE. Avoid this place.
