The rooms are unacceptable, with cockroaches, mouse traps and bait stations, and no toilet paper. This place shouldn’t be open. The manager refused to refund the charges and wouldn’t answer the booking company’s calls. I even told him I have pictures as proof.

Bugs in both rooms we were shown, and both were disgusting. I got my money back after refusing the third room they offered because I didn’t want to risk it. The front desk guy said he couldn’t see anything, but clearly hadn’t gone inside and turned on the lights. Sad, sad place.

We left after only a few hours because I wanted to be home somewhere I didn’t feel like I might get robbed overnight. It was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I wish I could get my money back. The floor was so dirty my feet turned black in less than a minute. The bed caved in when you sat in the middle, and the room was overheated, with housekeeping having left the heat at 86. The bathroom door had a hole and wouldn’t shut. The sign said newly renovated, but that’s a complete joke. What a waste of time and money. Don’t stay here. Spend the money on a safe, nice hotel, even for just one night.

As soon as I walked in, the room felt filthy and grimy. The parking lot and front office looked trashed, but I was tired and just needed sleep. The front desk guy was super rude. The phone was unplugged and wrapped around the table so many times it couldn’t be untwisted, the TV and fridge were broken, most of the lights didn’t work, and the door lock was broken and looked like it had been broken into a few times. Every rug I stepped on was stained through and torn up.
