We needed somewhere at the last minute after our home lost power, and they made staying the night easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a decent range and tasted good, even if it wasn't as elaborate as at some other hotels. We barely had time to use the pool, so maybe we'll get to enjoy it on another stay.

We chose this place because it was convenient to home and came to celebrate my 70th birthday. The front desk lady and gentleman were both so nice, and she even came up to wish me happy birthday and give me a hug. That meant a lot. The accessible room worked really well, especially the grab bars in the bathroom and shower. Beds were sleepable, though I've had better and worse. We made good use of the pool and hot tub, and I'd happily come back.

Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, and the location made getting around easy. We found the room spacious and quiet, with everything we needed to unwind. The staff were welcoming the whole time, from arrival through checkout. The property was clean and well cared for, too. I'd gladly stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alliance again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were reasonably nice, but getting help after I left something behind was a struggle. I called 16 times from out of town to ask about shipping it, and no one answered. The janitor was the person who helped most and even managed to get someone to the front desk for me. Service was definitely lacking.

We booked here because we were getting married nearby, and our ring box went missing from the room. The rooms also smelled damp and moldy. The guy downstairs was decent and got us what we needed, so I'll give him two stars for fun. Terrible experience, 0/100000. Hope you needed our rubber rings more than we did.
