We stayed at Hampton hotel for a weekend while our daughter took part in a gymnastics competition. It was clean and very nice, the breakfast was good, and the location suited us perfectly. We were pleased with the service and staff. After leaving in the morning, I realized we'd forgotten some very important things in the room closet. I called the next day, and Tia at the front desk was understanding and helped arrange shipping. A big thank you to Tia, I really appreciate her help!

Juan and Jessica were so welcoming and helped us find good places to eat and tourist attractions. Jessica also gave me a special birthday token, and the friendly, helpful staff made me feel special over my birthday weekend. I'll definitely come back. Thank you for everything ❤️

The price was reasonable, and the room was very clean and well supplied. Breakfast was better than I expected, with omelettes, waffles, and plenty more. What made the biggest impression, though, was the staff. We have a four-year-old, and three employees went out of their way to chat with him, give him little gifts, and help him get cereal in the morning. They were all so friendly.

This was handy for my client's business, and since I was already in Cumming that day, it worked really well time-wise. I've stayed here before. Everything else is usually a good experience, but I don't like the breakfast much, and they don't have orange juice.

As a diamond member who stays at Hiltons around the country, I expected better than this. My first room had two roaches. In the second, there was a dead bug in the carpet, dirt and food crumbs on the floor, a bedroom heater that didn't work, a closet glass door off its track, and a TV with a blue picture. The place was filthy, and it looked like housekeeping only changed the linens. I stayed through the visit because my colleague was there and needed transportation, but I can't imagine coming back. Management, please tell housekeeping about rooms 103 and 211.
