We stayed in four hotels on this road trip, and this was the only one with these problems. I know you can’t expect too much from a budget place, but if they sort out the issues, it could be an affordable hotel in a great location with friendly staff. Jose tried his best to help, though his resources were limited. Breakfast was very limited on the last two days, so we stayed in our room and ate only cereal and milk. The milk ran out and I waited about ten minutes for more. Sometimes at 9:00 am, with breakfast available until 10:00, there was nothing left but cereal, and we had to ask the attendant what we could eat. I don’t usually write reviews, but I hope this helps the administration address things. Hotels are places to sleep and get ready for the next day, but some expectations seem reasonable. I’ve never seen a hotel have to control how much breakfast guests take. People eat different amounts, and there should be enough for everyone. There were no towels available when I asked at the pool on our first day. Our room had only two towels for four of us, so we requested more. The towels brought around 11:00 AM the next day were pool towels. We didn’t get the two regular towels we’d asked for on day one until the day before checkout. The fitted sheets had dark spots along the edges. Room service didn’t replace dirty towels daily or clean the bathroom, and I had to get rid of bugs in the shower. There were other things I chose not to take to the front desk because I don’t like to complain a lot or seem annoying.

The lack of towels and the late-night trip through dim hallways with my 15-year-old and 7-year-old made us feel unsafe, so I decided we needed to leave. After I asked for a refund, the hotel refused, even though it hadn’t provided a basic necessity. Priceline and Wyndham corporate have both heard from me, but the hotel still denies responsibility. I booked through Priceline for a short stay before an early flight, but the conditions were bad from the start: a dirty elevator, stained furniture, peeling paint, curtains coming down, and a loose AC cover. I could have overlooked those things. When I called the front desk about towels, they said none were available until morning, after we were due to leave. They wouldn’t let me pick some up, and instead moved us to another room that also had none. It was incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t book here.

The bugs kept me from sleeping with the lights off, and the kids in the next room were loud until who knows when. I stayed only because of an early flight in the morning and didn’t want to argue with the front desk or move with just a few hours left. The extra blankets I requested never came. There was no TV remote, phone, hangers, or iron and ironing board in the room. I noticed bugs on the floor around 10 o’clock when I went to bed. I was completely disappointed. It’s not what you read in the reviews, so don’t trust everything you see. I’ll never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

The service was awful, and there was nothing good about this place. We came with friends and family for a tournament, but it took an hour to get our rooms. Somehow someone else had been given ours, so we had to take another one. The whole place smelled of cigarettes, with everyone smoking, and the rooms were filthy. My room had a strong chlorine smell as soon as I walked in. The sheets were stained, the floor was dirty, and the shower didn’t work. It was hard to breathe in there. Breakfast was disappointing too, just packaged muffins and cereal, with the same milk shared by everyone. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t waste your money.
