My Place Hotel - Amarillo West/ Medical Center, TX

The people working here were super kind, and the hotel is in a safe part of town. Our room was very clean, with a full-size fridge, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and stovetop. Amazing hotel.

I was in town on my HPPR Ambassador Tour and had such a lovely stay. The kitchen amenities were just right for the trip, and everything felt clean and cozy. The staff were kind and helpful, the bed was comfy, and the shower was clean. Thanks for giving a traveling musician a nice place to sleep :)

We were moving with a car full of belongings, and everything was untouched in the lot overnight. The area felt safe and well lit, with other hotels nearby and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. As a POC, I had been a little nervous about staying in a smaller Texan town, but this hotel and everyone we met around here were great. I'd choose it again if we were back in the area. The staff were welcoming to our cat and dog, and the $40 pet fee covered both, which seemed very reasonable compared with places I've stayed before. Other guests had pets too, including large dogs, but it was still quiet and peaceful. Our room was cleaner than we expected, with a stovetop, microwave, and large fridge. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, and I appreciated the dish soap and paper towels. The staff were also kind and gave us good food recommendations.

Several great restaurants are an easy walk away, which was a nice bonus. I'd happily stay here again. My room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed, a good-sized fridge, a clean microwave, and more. Everyone who helped with my reservation and check-in and checkout was friendly and welcoming.
