There’s a small grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby, which was nice. The bedroom was fine, but black mold covered the bathroom. We also had to bring our own laundry down to get more towels, which seemed odd. We expected Disneyland to be a close walk, but it was about 20 minutes, so we ended up taking an Uber every day to save time.

I’ve stayed here many times for business and it’s always been great value, with very clean rooms and friendly service. Tammy, the manager, is attentive and always on top of things, with a smile for guests.

About a 15-minute walk from Disneyland, and the price and location aren’t bad. It’s an okay place to rest and clean up, nothing fancy. The worst part was the keys, which kept losing their magnetization, and the room doors were really hard to open. Also, the shower water could get dangerously hot when someone used a bathroom in the room or nearby. It got hot enough to burn you.

The location is decent for the price and close to Disney, but we found bed bugs and I was bitten all over the first night. The front desk gave us a second room, and my wife woke up with bumps on her arms too. The rooms weren’t very clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The night staff, including Giavanne, were kind and helpful when we arrived, but the rest of our stay at Anaheim Carriage Inn was awful. Our keys kept deactivating and locked us out several times, and they wouldn’t give us fresh towels until we brought back the used ones. Housekeeping also stopped my daughter from getting a small breakfast for our young kids. An older woman at the front desk was extremely rude and wouldn’t give her name when my kids politely asked. It eventually worked out, but better service would have made a big difference. It didn’t feel welcoming or family-friendly, wasn’t worth the price, and I won’t stay again.
