We barely spent time in the room, which was small, and parking was limited. Still, the rooftop deck, fantastic breakfasts and the must-have LimInn Head drink at the bar have us planning a return. The owner and chef is an artist in the kitchen and a perfect host. It’s ideally placed for walks to Fisherman's Wharf and the beaches.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re out of options. It felt like it had once been nice, but nothing had been updated since, and the walls looked ready to crumble. The staff seemed unhappy. A woman who greeted us, “Nassua,” acted as if she wished we were dead.
